Some history

So a little about me from a weight history… I was never really a fat kid, just what my mom (and the jeans I wore) called HUSKY LOL It wasn’t until after high school that I really started to put on weight! At one point when I was 23yrs old I was about 240lbs and was buying pants in 36 or 38 waist!! All this while dancing! When I was hired for the Broadway show “Swing!” I was 225lbs and the NY Times said they liked “Portly Dancer Royston” ugh that has always been me… Husky, Portly… but no more!!!! 20 years later I’m currently 168lbs and buy jeans in 29 or 30 waist! More on my road to here later. But I hope you all have done one thing today to improve your health -43FF

Fit and 40’s! I’m a friend of Dee’s. She got me on the Lose It bandwagon. She rocks and so do you! Nice to see you blogging 🙂
