2am and I wanna EAT!!!!

So its 2:22 am and all I wanna do is eat! LOL Its so hard during the late night at events not to completely blow a good week of eating and exercise. I survived tonight by making sure I had distractions in my room, like Almonds and beef jerky. Thank God cause what I really wanted was a double cheese burger and fries!!!! Part of this journey for me has been understanding the need to make sure I always carry with me good choices for food that are low calorie and satisfying! So tonight it was beef jerky and now I’m off to bed!! 9am private lesson but first my morning workout… ugh I need to sleep! Gnite 43FF
