Hello peeps

Just a lil’ advice about weight loss. For me the trick is getting your heart rate going right away in the morning. This is how I do it: 100 push ups, 100, sit ups, 100 jumping jack, 100 shadow boxing jabs each arm. All that takes me about 15min, but I do it everyday. Now if you cant do 100 push ups or sit ups then do what you can then push yourself to do 2 more 🙂 By the way I do this even on days that I go to the gym. The only time I don’t is if I wake up late, in those cases I rip through the 100 jumping jacks and shadow boxing since they take the least time! I hope this helps and you find a way to get moving early and start your day right! -43FF
