update on progress 2/21/13

Hi all,
Well its been a really hard two weeks to stay on track. I have been traveling a ton and have been under a lot of work stress!!! So now more then ever I wanna… eat eat eat, and not the good stuff… 🙂 But I have pushed through what I think is a ruff patch with no real damage but also no real improvement. So this month I am stepping it up a notch by having a personal trainer start to help me! I purchased 5 sessions to try and get me to the next level. I highly recommend using a coach if possible, the last 2 sessions I have had have been off the charts. I really believe he, Mario, will get me to my fat free and ripped goals! Still wearing the fuelband and still keeping the green tea in my day (3x at least). Next thing I may do is video short version of my workouts and post them here on the blog so you can see the exercises I am using and maybe be inspired to try some new stuff at the gym. Howdy great blog! Does running a blog such as this take a great
deal of work? I’ve absolutely no understanding of programming however I had been hoping to start my own blog soon. Anyway, if you have any suggestions or tips for new blog owners please share. I understand this is off topic but I just wanted to ask. Thank you!
