Hey friends
I am planning a longer update later this week but wanted to tell you its been REALLY difficult to stay on track these last few weeks. Lots of stress and lots of travel… but I am proud to say I have stayed pretty much on track, and the thing that has helped a ton is an app called “You Are Your Own Gym” Its been a real life saver for workouts in my hotel rooms! Also portable foods like instant oatmeal I make in hotel room coffee pots, protein bars (I like Power Crunch), and Salt and Vinegar Almonds YUM!! Its all about proper planning.
I also wanted to say thanks to all of you who have come up to me or emailed me about the blog. I love hearing your stories of weight success! Plus if I can help as you start your journey please let me know what I can do!
More to come later but for now… Do something today that gets your heart going and makes you sweat and make one better choice in a meal!!
Love ya

You are your own gym….hey, that sounds familiar.
YES YES!!!! Its because of you I have the app
Maybe add Don Bisson to the team? Let him do for the soul what Mark Lauren does for the body (different paradigm, same journey) – http://www.donbisson.org/cd%27s.htm “Craving for God – A Spirituality of Food” You won’t find this in the self-help section of Barnes and Noble.

Hi Robert! It’s been a while since I’ve seen you or danced with youat the Polish Home but……now is my chance to tell you you sure look mighty well and I was wondering what your secret was! Thanks for sharing your blog. And now I get a chance to tell you, you look ten years YOUNGER because of it!!!
Just got the app. I know others have said it, but thank you for sharing with us. A lot of us have the same issues and it takes the stigma away, the more we share it and let it connect us vs divide us. You’re in a unique position to be able to lead a lot of people through this (sort of pun intended?) 🙂
reading more of your blog tonight. I actually bought the book “you are your own gym” and did it right for 7 weeks until i got the flu and fell off the wagon. now I’m doing something different. but cool to know they have an app!!
Great book I read it!! Great app, I use it 3x a week for sure, And always when I’m on the road!
