Forgot to post the daily supplements that I take.
In the morning I take a GNC Mega men multi vitamin pack (the ripped version) and if I am headed to the gym within 30min of waking up I also take c-4 pre-workout. Of course as stated earlier in other posts one scoop of BarnDads DX in breakfast oatmeal or just in water.
I take Protein Power Shots 50g orange flavor right after workout
I also take A-HD, its a testosterone enhancer, I hear mixed reviews but I’m into week 5 of an 8 week cycle and I love it. I take it same time everyday no matter what i am doing.
lastly I buy Lean Shakes from GNC I like Vanilla but Chocolate also good.
My protein powder varies I like BPI brands and GNC brands. Preston Kendrick, my guy at my local GNC in Nyack mall, sees me twice a month if not more LOL He has helped me tons and always steers me right… so don’t be afraid to ask for what may work best for you!!
