One of the definite keys for my success in the past was making sure I stocked up on food I could go to in moments when I was really hungry. I stopped going to GNC and making sure I had distractions in my kitchen! One of the ways I always made sure I felt full was to have a big smoothie with plenty of fiber early in the day post workout!
For me it was a combination of Lean Shake, coconut butter, a banana, and Barndads fiber DX!
I’ve also made sure to now have plenty of almonds, Greek yogurt, beef jerky, peanut butter, hard-boiled eggs, spinich, and quest protein chips in house!!!
