So recently I’ve been asked to update any supplements that I might be using on a daily basis in my weight loss and fitness journey. So here you go:

Barndads DX chocolate and regular 2x a day
GNC Mega Men multi vitamin pack for guys over 40
50mg DHEA
GNC lean shakes (chocolate)
Power crunch bars
Quest protein chips!!!! Love them
Ostrim jerky
I use liquid stevia to sweeten things like coffee.
Carnivore protein shots 1 a day is 50g
Fish oil
And Glucosamine

There that was fast and easy!!
